Brewed using the finest malts & belgian yeast. This slowly fermented and well aged strong ale has just enough hop bitterness to balance the malty sweetness typical of the style. The complex malt flavours, candied fruit overtones and spicy phenolics give way to a pleasant warming from the alcohol in the finish. Wax sealed for cellaring, or enjoy now slightly chilled.
